The Director of Public Works is authorized to issue a permit for the temporary uses identified in Subsection GA of this Section. Any such permit shall be issued for a specified period of time and shall contain such health, safety, and traffic restrictions deemed reasonable by the Director of Public Works and may require such assurances or guarantees of compliance with conditions as are deemed necessary by the Director of Public Works.
